What is your expectation for today? Are you filled with fear and apprehension? Or are you rejoicing in the possibilities that lie before you. Ps 118:24 24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Saul was a religious terrorist, driven to bully the church. And when necessary, take the lives of those who would not yield to his threats. As he was on his way to martyr Christians, he had an encounter with the Living God. It was a day like so many before. In his self righteousness, he would seek out those he perceived as a threat to his religious stance. But on this day, he was knocked from his horse and Jesus came to meet with him. There are times when we are bent on going our own way. Thank God He is able to knock us from our horses and bring us face to face with himself. Maybe there is someone in your life who needs a living encounter with Jesus. Let’s believe for it to be today. Let’s believe that today, Jesus will intervene in their lives and reveal Himself to them.
