What is your favorite Omni approved holiday recipe???? Here is one of mine.... Cynthias Cheesecake By Cynthia Cook Crust: 1 1/2 cups ground almonds 1 egg white 1 tbsp xylitol 1 tsp cinnamon Mix ingredients together...press into spring form pan and bake for 10 - 15 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Filling: 3 pkg cream cheese 4 eggs separated 4 tbsp almond flour 1 1/2 cup xylitol 1 pint sour cream 2 tsp. Vanilla (Wilton Clear) Beat whites very stiff...add 1/4 cup xylitol In another bowl beat together xylitol, yolk, cream cheese and vanilla. Beat till very creamy and smooth. Fold in the sour cream with 5 strokes...then add the egg whites and continue folding. Pour into prepared pan with crust and bake at 350 for one hour. Shut oven off, open door and let sit for another hour. Refrigerate.
