What is your legacy? What you think about yourself and what you do for yourself, dies along with you. What others think of you and what you do for others or to them, lasts beyond you. Tell us again, how you dont care what anyone else thinks about you. That could be the very thing that has your life, lacking real meaning. A guilty conscience is not cured by deciding to not have one, but to admit that you were wrong is a good start. God loves a humble heart and a clean conscience. Even a wicked man knows that his own pride and self righteousness is a scam.
