What is your view are on the following scenario: A lot that has been vacant for years is covered in mature trees (not old growth but say 20 year old trees). The lot sells and a buyer sets out to build the home of their dreams (not more than the allowable lot coverage which I understand is 25%). How do people feel about that homeowner taking down trees to do be able to build his home on his lot? Just curious is all ….
