What kind of sense does this make? Why would any policeman, with a gun raised and ready to shoot, be threatened by a man holding a toy gun, speaking on a cell phone calmly with his back turned? Even if the gun looked real, as it apparently did, what was the crime in an carry state? His back was turned when the police charged the aisle and the gun was being held down. Where was the threat? How could a grand jury not indict, at least for wrongful death? I dont understand.
