What kinds of DIFFERENCES do you and your mentee/mentor have between the two of you? How do you handle these DIFFERENCES? We at Be A Mentor recommend acceptance and respect, not just tolerance or denial. But, easier said than done, especially when attitudes towards certain DIFFERENCES are ingrained from family, cultural, and other experiences.
