What literary character do you most identify with? Share a quote or two that makes you think so. :) For me, Im on board with Don Quxiote. 1. Too much sanity may be madness. And maddest of all, to see life as it is and not as it should be! 2. The phoenix hope, can wing her way through the desert skies, and still defying fortunes spite; revive from ashes and rise. 3. The brave man carves out his fortune, and every man is the son of his own works. 4. It is one thing to write as poet and another to write as a historian: the poet can recount or sing about things not as they were, but as they should have been, and the historian must write about them not as they should have been, but as they were, without adding or subtracting anything from the truth. 5. You are a king by your own fireside, as much as any monarch in his throne.
