What made you decide to start your own business? Shannon Garrett, BS, RN, CHLC, Shannon Garrett Wellness Autonomy to help others in a non clinical setting in an effort to hopefully empower them in such a way that they might be able to avoid hospitalization or chronic health Issues. I have been an entreprenuer all of my life and my nursing degree and license allow me to practice in the capacity I have always wanted to: to help others holistically to reach their lifestyle and wellness goals. In addition, I am a relationship type of person and appreciate long term interactions/communication with clients. I have a 12 week program I work them through to help them reach their goals and I provide a NANDA wellness care plan for them. I personally have three autoimmune issues and know what these women go through. Medication nor diet are stand-alone treatments.
