What makes Lure classes unique? My goal is to create a comfortable, encouraging, casual environment where there is no judgment. I push my people as far as they can personally be pushed, and congratulate them at whatever point they are at. I want people to walk into class feeling welcomed. It is important to me to ensure everyone is introduced so we can work together as a team. We sweat together, laugh together, sometimes grimace together ;) and get results together. I created Lure to attract you to moving, and I try to do this by making classes fun, comfortable, encouraging, and rewarding. No need to be intimidated, exercise can certainly be enjoyable!
