What makes northern California the perfect play ground for the Police State is that they are controlled regulated and ruled by liberal Democrats far away. What makes it tricky for at least one county is the Sheriff. The County Sheriff is the top law enforcer in every county. Some of them are Constitutional Sheriffs, they are even being targeted by the Feds...
