What makes the process difficult is one word - care. You need to have someone who cares about the person first. Once you have [ that ], it (almost) does not matter how you conduct your review. Because the result is a deepening of understanding, which in turn creates a better environment for relationships to blossom. You need relationships to make work, well, work and work well. When you care you also have a higher likelihood [ that ] you will hold information in your head long enough to string it together and form a picture.
