The 1000 mp3s you bought from some guy on craigslist?, the pioneer ddj-sx you just bought and cant figure out how to use it?, The 4 blown speakers you brought to that wedding you booked and cant figure out why no one is dancing?, the $129 strobe light you bought that gives people epileptic seizures? Youve mastered the art of finger pointing?, The club you went to and spoke to the manager about spinning an entire night there for $150?, Becoming a DJ because you think this is the only way get laid?, Taking a gig to do a disco classics night and the only disco music you own is the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack?..... (I could add about 50 more but running out of room) A Real DJ is one who has knowledge of more than 1 era of music. His mixing skills are flawless, no matter what hes spinning. His music selection has the floor packed all night!, He has the ability to read the crowd and knows exactly what to play and when to play it. A real DJ owns a vinyl collection. I AM A REAL DJ
