What makes you move your body? Wooh! Exercising and moving my body feels A-M-Azing! I used to only workout for the sole reason to burn calories and keep weight off. I actually gave up working out for a while because I was stuck in this mindset. It wasnt until I started moving my body and being thankful for all the amazing things it does for me that I got away from the weight loss trap that makes working out anything less than fab! E!
