What most folks are failing to realise is that wether you voted - TopicsExpress

What most folks are failing to realise is that wether you voted YES or NO you were robbed of your freedom to vote in a democracy. This vote was supposed to be for Scotland By Scotland. It was for everybody LIVING in Scotland, regardless of nationality, to vote. Think back...to how the dynamics changed..... Alastair Darling and the NO campaign were on their knees. Cameron had an emergency meeting with the Queen....and then what happened next?? The whole of the UK started to get involved. The media floodgates of the BBC opened its doors to mass UK coverage and one sided exposure south of the border. English friends and family started to get involved. Even English ex pats living in foreign countries that they had a right to get involved. So what happened next....... As soon as Westminster had enough backing it launched a major assault. This wasnt done by interfering from their parliament 500 miles away but actually sending its 3 Main Political Representatives (Including the PM) to INVADE Scotlands right to a democratic outcome. Do the maths folks......WE DIDNT STAND A CHANCE!! This could have been close to 95% of the UK against 5% of YES voters INSTEAD of 50/50 that it was at the time of the invasion. This is not democracy and i am sickened to have been a part of it. My views on the UK, BBC, Media have have changed massively. I will never again fully trust, or back, our involvement in foreign affairs and I will never again fight for what is classed as the United Kingdom. On one final note....Every Scottish Minister that supported this invasion should be held accountable. Scotland and all the people living in it were robbed of a fair and even vote. Wether it was right or wrong. I firmly believe that Scotland would have woke up on the 19th to an Independent Country.... But Westminster were NEVER going to allow that to happen.....AND NEVER WILL!!
