What normal person would ever inflict this type of hate on another person and family? It is just outrageous and makes me believe that will Bill Marriott finds out what his staff have done in this, he will correct it and I would not be surprised if some people are looking for work. After they get out of jail as some of the issues rise to the level of criminal behavior which is even more nauseating. Shoshanah has been so traumatized by these events she has been to the doctor and the hospital 11 times since we have arrived a month ago. Thanks again Denise and say hello to all the staff and Dr. We will always be grateful for all you did for all our family members and getting us to our new home in Israel. Now we have one more little wonder and you know how special My Cotton was to me. I felt so helpless when I flew to NY to look for her. And now to add further insult it is more than probable that Marriott Hotels/Briad Group fabricated the location where I was looking for two days, handing out flyers, speaking with wonderful families, all to learn that Marriott made up this location in an elaborate scheme to protect the privacy of a person (also non-genuine) and in belief that no one would fly 5600 miles and begin to investigate, and then an unlikely occurrence, some very dedicated animal activists/lovers helped carry my broken heart. Now we have professional dog trackers, lifelong rescue volunteers, attorneys, and very soon national media (yes our friend Ron Savage is helping in Detroit) to get the Marriott to IMMEDIATELY DISCLOSE THE LOCATION OF COTTON, and to begin doing what all good companies would do, help those who need your help. I swear Denise, what they have done is tantamount to animal cruelty. If they have always known where Cotton was, then what G-d fearing man would ever lie to those who wanted our family member safe? These men wrote to me telling me how much they were doing to help and how much they loved their own family members (pets) their own families had. Was this just some cruel joke. Does Marriott really love families with pets? This revered company, a name rivaled by none in the industry, has always been a customer first all American company. Somehow, Bill Marriott who is now 80 and gave the helm to Arne Sorenson would have never let this emergency go unanswered as long as it has. I can only hope once he and his Board learn of this ridiculous charade their executive staff permitted in conjunction with the Residence Inn by Marriott at the expense, injury and turmoil of a good family and a beautiful very special Cotton, it just brings tears to my eyes. Why does Marriott hate us so and our little Cotton? Well now you know how I feel. I have never felt so hurt in my entire life.
