What on earth has happened to realtors these day? I just been speaking to a realtor through E-mails, back on the East Coast of Canada & I live on the West Coast. For the first week he was answering my questions but Ive just received another E-mail telling me, I ask too many questions & that its not normal. He closes with, How do I know that you can even afford this property, you need to come visit before we go any further! Hes from ReMax, a very well known company here in Canada & he should have better customer service skills than this. I get the impression hes a young upstart who is not willing to put in the time, but then Im finding the same attitude in the West here too. They are not hungry it would appear & expect instant gratification without investing any time into their clients. I am well aware this Province is in dire straights with many foreclosures! Perhaps next time I should interview any realtors before deciding if I wish to work with them or not! Turning the tables on them so to speak, and taking the ball of power into my court until I am sure of them & their listings! What on earth has happened to realtor-training, these days?
