What qualifies Marco Rubio as an expert on immigration? Because he come from a Spanish speaking family? Rubio is the least qualified as he comes from a politically and economically privileged Cuban family as opposed to a Mexican or Central and South American working class family. Blatant racism and classism exists even among Spanish speaking peoples. This should be no surprise. Rubio does not represent those most in need of justice.
