What rock do you live under, Walmart Managers? Your employees do NOT look up to you! This comment was made in a recent team meeting in Covington by the store manager. It is amazing that the employees didnt break down in laughter hearing that ridiculous statement. The Managers consistently fail to follow the guidelines/rules they expect the employees to follow and when called on it, clearly state the rules do not apply to them because they are managers. How would this engender respect? You earn respect. It is not a natural part of the job description. Please rethink your management style. Nazis are not too popular these days.
