What say you? I have been married together for 13 years with 4 kids now. I am working for some ministry office while my husband is an engineer. We really have a busy life though we manage to have plenty of time on weekends. On weekends as the lady is busy in the kitchen preparing food for the family & sometimes he helps in gardening the compound .Usually the husband too stays around over weekends playing with the kids or sometimes helping them with the home work . Though in the evening as most guys he goes out to relax with some of his friends.Because of their work life ,7 years back they took a decision to find a house helper to live with them . However ever since then things havent been the same . After a period of 5 months I came to know that my maid was pregnant for 3 months. I sat her down for a woman to woman talk starting with blaming her for acting so stupid to surrender her legs to whichever man who was responsible for the fact that he didnt take responsibility to find her a place to stay in the early stages of her pregnancy . However the truth about the mystery pregnancy hit my ears to an extent of making them bust , the baby am carrying, your husband is the father In total confusion I felt like my legs were hit by a speeding vehicle ,she couldnt move for minutes & silence run in every room of the house . After apologies my husband was forgiven as he claimed it was a moment of weakness & promised only to take care of the baby till he grows up but not to establish any further affair with maid when she leaves their marital home . A moment seemed to have passed & the lady had to deal with the fact that her husband now had a child with another woman . After the previous hurtful experience ,she decided her next maid was to be one who is part time & hence not to sleep over at their home in order to limit temptations. This seemed to have worked though only for 8 months . Despite the fact that she only came & left before darkness shade ,she was two months pregnant in her tenth month of service . And this was a second child on the way coming from a lady out side their marriage . The husband never denied responsibility once more when the maid told the wife that he is the father to be of the baby in waiting . By this time I felt the marriage was over & divorce started to come into my mind . Though I have lacked the courage to leave him . To me he was still the best father I had wished for my kids though obviously not the best husband I had wished to have . What should I do?
