What separates me from my opponent? I have attended Council as a Citizen since 2003. Eight years sitting in the seats, watching, asking and learning. I have worked since my senior year of high school (1976-77). This means I have real life experience with budgets, deadlines, customer service. I am not a politician. I am a citizen. When my opponent comes to your door ask him real questions. "Wanting to make a difference" is not an answer. As he campaigned for Obama he learned the art of grassroots and has the luxury of time on his hands. I am so happy that young people are getting involved. It is so important. I will say "it is not his time". I am fighting to retain this seat. I am not done.
