What shall we have for breakfast this morning? No, FAMFIT fans, we cannot have Starbucks and donuts. Todays menu is from the FAT SHREDDER meal plan that accompanied my Beachbody P90X workout (thank you, Tony). 1 Mushroom Omelette (no cheese and cooked in coconut oil), 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 8 ounce of 1% cottage cheese. YIKES, sorry, I cannot have the cottage cheese because Paleo does not allow for cottage cheese and my Paleo Buddy Police is watching but it does sound awfully tempting, BJ. Snack will be one protein bar (P90X, of course) and my Recovery Drink (which I really need right now after 63 minutes of Plyometrics). Lunch -- Chef Salad. Afternoon snack: 2 ounce of almonds Dinner: 6 oz of Salmon, 1/2 cup of Asparagus and 1 cup of wild rice (Ill be doubling up on the Asparagus). Thats all folks!
