What should you do when you are faced with having to offer a sacrifice of praise? Do it… It is easy to offer praise when everything is going well and life is good but when everything seems to be falling apart that is when the offering of praise becomes a sacrifice. That is when we have to choose either to stay in our place of disappointment, sorrow or sadness or fall at His feet and praise Him because in His sovereignty He can see far beyond our circumstances and He will use it to bring glory and honor to His name. It is not about our struggle, it is about the One who gives mercy, grace, strength, comfort, hope, love and peace in our struggle. Our faith in Him will always be tested…trust Him with everything…praise Him in everything...He will never fail!! “By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was offering up his only begotten son;” ~ Hebrews 11:17 “And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.
