What the Business Round Table would have to do to destroy American Labor & the Building Trades - Create an entity to deal exclusively with the skilled trades & have a written/living strategy that all big companies follow. The Construction Users Round Table was established in 2000 to facilitate that part of the Business Round Tables overall mission. While the CURT companies say wonderful things to our faces and in our meetings – they work like hell behind the scenes advancing anti-union laws and legislation. 2. CURT has a very identifiable group of anti-union lawyers & consultants that keep and run the play book of anti-union practices, legal or not, that all companies use. They keep a very tight strategy. 3. CURT establishes local(community) User Councils(they have the money) that work with the Chamber of Commerce, and others, to network with business interests and advance messages and political agendas. 4. CURT works behind the scenes with post-secondary education community colleges to provide training programs for the skilled trades. 5. CURT brings labor’s leadership in tight, so they can know at all times their strategy and temperament and work together in co-operative labor-management programs to get in close. Non/anti-union must have throw a party when the Building Trades adopts the Breslin – were a product approach to marketing. 6. CURT recruits at all times union contractors with non-union work to create a pathway for union companies to double breast away from unions and into non-union work. CURT continues this strategy at all times while committing to talk to the skilled trades on how much CURT wants their co-operation. Brothers and Sisters, as Brother JC Turner told us, the Business Round Table/CURT are systematically putting the skilled trades/labor out of existence. All items above are ongoing and verifiable. Our “Collaborative” approach to market share increases which are just renamed, are now approximately 3 decades old and the same failed approach. Next week we will drill down on each bullet point and make it very real to your market, we will also provide alternative strategies and how they work. The existing strategies are not working. Side Note: Understand that for areas that have work our history is we actually lose market share during periods of big work because we uncover all the smaller work, and then when the work plays out the realities are that the non-union controls even more work.
