What the hell asshole dipshit morons voted for this pro-police state piece of crap? Now all the police have to do is say, No, we have a reasonable expectation of privacy when I have pulled you over, pulled someone else over, pulled out my nightstick, beaten someone senseless, or shot someone. Thats all reasonable expectation, regardless of where we are, whether thats a bathroom, private residence, city street, or on a stage in front of hundreds of people. Thats all private. You cant record us. So, thank you to both sides of the aisle in the Illinois statehouse for helping the police bury evidence, and just make witness intimidation much easier by making being a witness a crime. I hope anyone who voted for this bill never works in government again.
