What to do with 4 gallons of expiring milk left by renters? Finally finished making 3 quarts of yoghurt, 2 quarts of cottages cheese, 1 quart of buttermilk, a large pan of chocolate bread pudding and 3 quarts of chocolate pudding. Didnt get ambitious enough to make cheese because the milk was all low fat. Still a lot of dairy to eat given I ordinarily eat 3 tbs of yogurt a day plus a slice or two of cheese.
