What we know about health & weight loss: * The 80/20 rule - 80% is eating the right foods, 20% exercise - weight loss begins in the kitchen. * You cant out exercise a poor diet. * Pasta, rice, potatoes turn into sugar in the body. * Clean eating, healthy eating isnt a diet or fad its a lifestyle. Since rice turns into sugar in the body, one substitute for rice is cauliflower. I am Puerto Rican & never eat a cauliflower once in my life until 2012. My first attempt was the cauliflower pizza crust. I love & miss having rice often. Every now & again I will go back to having rice when I am out for dinner but I have to do something for home that I can live with. I love cilantro, so tomorrow we gone have Cilantro lime Cauliflower Rice. Check out this Chipotle copy cat rice. ;) https://youtube/watch?v=IgIhnHCVHWg
