What we need is police reform. I know police are trying to do a job. I also understand that it doesnt take 12 lethal shots to bring a suspect down. We need rules and regulations on what police can do or can not do! Police should not be allow to shoot anyone in their vital organs or in the cranium. Police should only be Allowed to shoot 3 times. A warning shot and only shoot in arms and legs. Unless they are in a shoot out, they should use other types of none lethal force. I know there is a lot of good cops, but I also known many are not train properly. I repeat police do not have right to kill.
