What will we experience . For the initiate the only thing they see is their Dhyan the only thing they think is their simran and the only thing they hear is the sound current. For an initiated rssb Sat Sangi their practice is to narrow down their thoughts to those three things. All the descriptions of the regions make no difference since we are not even going to see them. All the words in books of old are of no value when it comes to actual practice. When a person asks what do you see inside the answer is . We only see our Dhyan think our simran and hear the the sound current. Thats it and it takes a life time to be able to do it like that. What is the way to practice and make it perfect. Do not practice mistakes over and over. To start, go very slowly be careful not to get into a bad habit. Once you have developed the right practice then you can do the practice at the normal space until it becomes automatic. Agra uses only one name Radhasoami. This name is also repeated out loud and anyone can know it. In other words its not a secret as is the five holy names. The word Radhasoami is given out by the Masters as a mantra before initiation by Rssb. There is a saying the best place to hide something is directly in the light. The mantra name used alone or the sound current used alone are good but will not give the rise of the soul to the higher regions. The key ingredient is the contemplated form of the Master. Picturing visualizing imagining the form of the Master is the philosophers stone to meditation . What we think of has to have a form in order for it to take shape. Every name is associated with the form of the Master. So by repeating a name the masters form is evoked. When the faculty of seeing and hearing is focussed and concentrated the soul will go up undistracted. In other words It takes the masters form to get through those regions. We are supposed to do two and a half hours everyday. Simran and Dhyan are an effort. When we need to relax we put our attention to the sound we have achieved for the duration of the remaining time left to our time for practice. In time the mind will get strong and even in illness we can maintain our balance. This is a life long effort for emancipation. RSS.
