What will you do in case you got in involved in a minor accident, where there is no injury for any party and your vehicle can be moved? Start arguing with other party in the middle of the road by blocking all the traffic behind? Or would you move your vehicle to the nearest parking area and call police? What will be your reaction if you see two motorists stopping their vehicle in the middle of road blocking the traffic just for some scratch on body vehicle? If case of accidents where there is no injury, you shall move the vehicle to the nearest parking area and then inform police. Otherwise you may be fined QR 1000 and 3 black points recorded against your licensed for blocking the traffic.
