What with it being just one week to ironman I thought I would have another go at begging for money over Facebook. So, dig deep people, even if its just for a couple of quid. I am currently on about 850 quid and would like to get to a 1000. Your money will be going to a charity called CRY who provide free heart screening for young people. Trying to prevent Sudden Death Syndrome which kills around 12 people a week in the UK alone. The main risk group being young, fit males.
