What worked for me Living an surviving through the years. #HIV You know since Ive been living with #HIV in an around the south I made one rule in the early years. Which has been only work enough to survive an always keep time for me an stop an enjoy those little things like looking down on the ground an seeing a piece of glass that reminds you of a jewel that you may have seen in a magazine or seeing a sunrise like its the first time. but I always made time for me to work on healing. If you dont take that time for you when you can.. you may.. never be given that chance again. So smell the roses an take in the memories an images they bring forth. TG
