What would YOU be like right now if there were no beauty standards in our society? What does your feelings of not meeting the standard hold you back from? If we had never been told by society and peers what beauty was how we would we define it? Who decided what beautiful is anyway? Different people will define beauty differently. Ask yourselves these questions and really think about your answers and then ask yourself what can I do to change these beliefs and behaviors. Just some things to think about. We are all beautiful!
