What would one do if found out that mainstream COACHING AND SUCCESS PHYLOSOPHY manifests a PROBLEM and not a SOLUTION?? Yes I agree It might bring more structure..more productivity..more money but might bring less happiness if not guided corectly ... more pressure..stress..energy loss. Coaching essentialy presumes that the coach has the answers and the client has the problems..wich enforces a disempowerment of the client..and also gets stuck on a mental plane as interaction happens on cognitive level opposite to intuitive level.
