What would we do without pasta? It is the ultimate comfort food no matter what you make with it. I love to make creamy pastas with lots of cheese and then throw in some chicken or shrimp or whatever else I have on hand. My Four Cheese Penne with Grilled Chicken is one of my favorites and its always a huge hit when friends come to dinner. Serve it with a nice tossed salad and some crusty home baked bread. Yum!
