What would you all think of Buchi being bought by a larger company who isnt in line with your values?* Lets say Coke wanted to buy and distribute Buchi on a national scale. Assuming that all money received would be put into building an intentional community centered around conscious commerce and create jobs and opportunities for members our local community... Would that be beneficial in your eyes? What is more important? Directing money, which ultimately is energy, into impactful, community building endeavors? or... Is aligning with a company you dont see eye to eye with more destructive in some larger way. Would love to hear your thoughts. *The reason were asking is our friend The Polish Ambassador posted this question on his facebook this morning and we though it led to some interesting discussion. You can rest easy, we havent been approached by anyone and have no plans to sell Buchi. This is a question which will apply to a lot of businesses in our community and we think it deserves to be talked about.
