What would you call it when an issue is resolved and it comes back - TopicsExpress

What would you call it when an issue is resolved and it comes back up and then resolved again, comes back yet again, then resolved, comes back again... Oh, and the issue that has been dealt with over and over and over again is continually reignited by the same one person? Wouldnt you consider that harassment? And if management sat by when they knew that the said issue had already been dealt with repeatedly and allowed the issue to continually plaque the other employee? And a darn good, high quality employee at that!!! Wouldnt that be a failure to protect that employee!?! To add insult to injury, if you were given special training in the use of a life saving procedure for two of your students that you are responsible for, given a generic mention in writing to not communicate with employer contacts (Who exactly does that include?) and you just wanted to make them aware that you will not be the person for a while, who will be watching over these two childs potentially life threatening conditions and nothing more said? Would you think that this would constitute means for termination? Wouldnt you think that employee was being responsible and potentially saving the employer a lawsuit should something have happened? Oh Yeah! And the employer is already EXTREMELY short staffed and lack of quality employees, including management types. Am I missing anything or have any aspects of this wrong? Parents, what is your thoughts on such a situation? Would you agree with this particular employers decision?
