What would you do in this situation? "I have been working with children for 6 years and been a kindergarten teacher for 4. This year i am working with an assistant that is twice my age. Being young and inexperienced as she thinks she can be negative towards most things i do. She continuously srews her nose up everytime i try something new and evern if its working she would say its not. I feel she wants me to fail and everything i do is wrong. Sadly i have no support from my company as she has been there for such a long time. Everytime i say something to her she finds a way to make me the problem. Please i need help. Im over coming home in tears"
