Whatever happened to respecting each other and each others space? Still fuming. My class ends at 11 am. I linger a bit to answer questions, review moves, share music with some of my students. My cool down music is playing on, loud and lively. I start to gather my belongings to close shop. SUDDENLY, an older man in his 70s or so, from Silver Sneakers, reaches past me for the stereo volume and turns down MY music. No excuse me, no pardon me. Nada. In disbelief I asked him what he was doing? He ignores me to get his chair for the next class set to start 30 minutes LATER at 1130 am. As I struggle to maintain my professionalism, he aggressively returns with his chair and starts to berate me. That level of music is injurious to your ears! He arrogantly proclaims. As calmly as I could I respond...These are my ears to do as I wish! And I would NEVER disrespect you like you just did to me. He glares at me and walks away without a word. Really old dude? Who died and made you King Obumma? Geez BaGeeez
