Whatever your opinion is about having Karate in the Olympics all I know this effort and subject has been going on for a very long time. As a result of this effort some traditional karate groups have changed their karate all in effort to appeal to whoever is the current Olympic overseers are. If that seems similar - it is just look at political battles. Others have not have wavered and kept on the same Traditional Karate Dô path and values intact and not concerned about the Olympics and sports only karate. Sometimes when you chase something and it keeps ignoring or running from you it require another strategy such as walking away and let it come to you. Just a few thoughts... Cheers
