Whatever your point in an argument may be, its validity is seriously damaged if the only fallback you have is to criticize someones appearance. Unfortunately, I have heard otherwise intelligent, interesting people say things concerning female entertainers, artists and politicians like, She turned into a fat slut or I might listen to what she had to say if she was worth looking at. Like punk singer Meredith Graves says, how can you dedicate one paragraph to a persons politics and three to their appearance? That says way more about your insecurities than it does the person you are criticizing.
