Whats My Beef? Oh Oh Chef RANT time! STOP making excuses for restaurants when service or food goes bad. Make them accountable or they will never learn from their mistakes for the greater good. Give them the benefit of the doubt that they had good intentions..BUT it didnt happen that time. A good Manager/Owner(without too much pride or arrogance will suck it up and make it right and fix the problem for you next time or the next guy eating). And hopefully try to fix it then. I dont care if you mention it after the meal (like I do, just my style and how I m Im a shut up and try to eat it guy and mention it after and pay for my meal and most likely will give them another shot in the distant future, not saying my way is right or wrong just how I roll) or during and again if thats your thing... or after via email or phone what ever your style is and personality. JUST LET THEM KNOW. And if the establishment isnt professional and tells you off in one way or another share it on all the social media groups as possible(once again if thats your thing) END OF RANT!!! CHEF SHAWN
