Whats On My Mind: Jesus isn’t going to give us whatever we want just because we ask Him for it. He gives us that which is good. In fact, Jesus didn’t stop at the word “ask” but went on to say “seek,” and “knock.” These words, when linked together, imply transformation of heart, not merely a change of circumstances. It’s all or nothing with Jesus. If you want what is good, then you’re going to have to knock on the right door door. And when you do, Jesus will open it to you. But you can’t stop there; you must go through that door, and never turn back in regret. What Jesus offers is far better than anything you will leave behind. Isaiah 30:19 He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry; When He hears it, He will answer you. Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
