The class introduces you to gentle and possibly challenging stretching and balance movements to help improve overall flexibility and stability. Cost is $6. The produce is available to purchase for a gold coin donation. Compost is $4 a bag or 3 bags for $10. Donations go back to the garden to ensure its long term sustainability. Come along and have a pleasant stroll around the garden, choose some produce or just have a chat. The Belmont Men’s Shed is open 5 days a week from 9am – 3pm.
