Whats all the fuss about? If youre feeling stressed and anxious, look to your thinking. What are you feeling the need to control? Where is your fear---what are you telling yourself thats causing you to feel this way? Your feelings are your best navigational guide to let you know that your barometer is high or low. When youre low, do your best not to take yourself too seriously. Low is just low and has a way of bubbling back up if you dont make it such a big deal. Peace and love to you, today.
