Whats being a member of the Seremban group? Scroll up and down and see whats going on? Or pass a comment now and then? Or maybe read and post out your personal anger / frustrations/ etc? Or get kicked out for being nasty in your comments on other peoples post? And then there are a few who sneak in a post with negative comments on govt / corruption / sedition act/ top of the pile CEOs ( this is not the site for bickering on politics , religion and race) You know why this site is popular? Cos you can meet up with long lost friends/ find out where the best foods like kuey teow and nasi lemak and Indian curries are located/ get help for various problems....from how to..... to where can I,.. , even selling your place or looking for a place to rent etc. So much can be done...just ask and our Serembanians will try their best to help out. So much more but the best? Members meeting for the first time at a gathering and to enjoy a good yak...and all of a sudden they get on so well...like they knew each other from young! Thats what this group is about. Like yesterday. I called up a few admin to meet up a member who was down from Dubai...Ani and her 2 kuttis...for a Christmas celebration. We had never met her before this. Just reading her posts and picts from the sandspit as she calls her Place there. And when the four of us arrived, we were greeted like long lost bros and sis. There were already a mixed bunch of guests there. And the yakking ( mostly from Ani) about convent and KGV days..the classmates she keeps contact with...and soon Sunny and Christina joined in...with memories that had the same mutual friends. Rajesh knew her parents and me...blur!! as usual. The kids were quiet for a while, just watching to see if we were friendly with the gen Y. And when Sunny asked them about their schooling....phew! The flood gates opened and the two ( aisay lupa nama2 lah..Kesha and ...and ...??) They spoke to us like they too knew us from way back ! About the uniform they had to wear...colours of India...they said and all the personal things one would talk with ones favourite uncles and aunties. Now thats what the Seremban group is about. Extremely friendly, no baggage carrying, P R R thrown out of the window ( thats Politics....etc), helpful, n willing to go the extra mile to develop friendliness among our group members. Bravo!
