Merry Christmas Day (Hart) Oh the weatherman says that the snow won’t fall There’s no chance we’ll have a white Christmas at all This year’s no different from any other But it’s not about snow…it’s about each other So who needs a horse wearing jingle bells Who needs an open sleigh It’s the perfect weather as long as we’re together It’s a merry Christmas day Got no use for coal or a top hat No snowman to conjur to play But still we’re gonna frolic Though it feels a little tropic It’s a merry Christmas day Sure it’s green, it’s no wonderland scene But I got you, and you got me too And after all, isn’t that all we need Now some folks think you need the ice and cold To appreciate this holiday But even Jesus knew better, he was born in the desert And it was a merry Christmas day Sure we’ve got sun, but even that can be fun We’ll go outside, soak in the blue skies Without snot icicles on our nose (cause that’s just gross…) I know Bing and Perry say otherwise But no snowfall is really okay Cause even Santa in the North Pole heads for Acapulco Every merry Christmas day I got you, you got me We got seventy five degrees On this merry, merry Christmas day Merry Christmas day
