Whats everyone got happening in their gardens at the moment? Anyone do any hardcore gardening over the Christmas break? I cleared EVERYTHING out of my garden a few weeks back and have been slowly adding seeds and seedlings back in. Presently I have - mint (which has punched out the side of the box and is taking over the grass!!), chilli seedlings, corn seeds, brazillian spinach seedling, spring onion, peanut seedlings (cant wait to see how they go!!!), basil, capsicum and a rockmelon seedling. I have some garlic, ginger and sweet potato in big pots and my mum also gave me a tea plant and curry leaf plant which I need to do something with. I have some pea and yellow capsicum seedlings ready to go and a strawberry plant hanging up (my daughter saw it at the nursery and insisted that I buy it!). I am extremely excited about my garden and what Ive got happening! And with the beautiful rain Im sure everything will do awesome. Cant wait to harvest some yummy vegies!
