Whats for Sunday Brunch: Zimna Nogi. I hadnt made this in a long while; just needed to know I could still keep the Polish Heritage. Bowl: Set up nice from truly pretty pigs feet...you dont actually EAT the FEET; theyre used to make the broth which forms the gelatin(just like Jello!) Add bits of pork & carrot/celery. After scraping the lard layer that forms on top, Serve with apple-cider vinegar (in glass & giving slice its shine), definitely toast points; lemon wedge (optional). Grams would be proud: Pollacks are hard-working, waste nothing and can turn peasant dishes into magnificent feasts!!
