Whats going on today and Friday - The Lincoln County Sight Impaired Support Group: will be hosting Paul Regalado of Therapy Associates, Inc. Ruidoso as guest speaker at its Thursday meeting, 10 a.m., at the J Bar J Church. Regalado will be discussing the benefits of physical therapy and regular exercise and how they can relieve discomfort and enhance your physical betterment.
