Whats going to be new at Market Day this spring? Cooking classes for one thing! Ive been visiting with a few nutrition and chef folks who are interested in bringing the kitchen to the farm! Healthy, nutritious and inexpensive - my favorite kind of meal! :) Well have some gluten free, vegan and vegetarian ideas as well as more traditional recipes and canning, too.
